The former Margaritaville Casino building on Fifth Street was originally expected to undergo a $200 million transformation to have the Rock & Brews project up and running in the site. The construction project is still in motion in the old Margaritaville Casino site in Biloxi -which has been closed since 2014 -, despite the property being up for sale.
Plans for a new casino in South Mississippi are still on with Rock & Brews, a concept inspired and backed by KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley.
